II. Detailed information on data collection on this website

II.1. Cookies that are technically necessary

I use cookies on my website. These are small files that are automatically created by your browser and stored on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone or similar) when you visit my site. Cookies do not cause any damage on your device, do not contain viruses, trojans or other malware.
Information is stored in the cookie that is related to the specific terminal device used. This does not mean, however, that I obtain knowledge of your identity.
The use of cookies serves on the one hand to make the use of my offer more pleasant for you. For example, I use so-called session cookies to recognize that you have already visited individual pages of my website. These are automatically deleted after leaving my site.
In addition, I also use temporary cookies to optimise user-friendliness, which are stored on your end device for a certain fixed period of time. If you visit my site again in order to use the services, it is automatically recognized that you have already been on my site and which entries and settings you have made so that you do not have to enter them again.
The data processed by cookies is required for the purposes mentioned above to protect my legitimate interests and those of third parties in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 p. 1 f DSGVO.
Most browsers accept cookies automatically. However, you can configure your browser so that no cookies are stored on your computer or so that a message always appears before a new cookie is created. However, completely deactivating cookies may mean that you cannot use all the functions of my website.

II.2. Cookies that are not technically necessary

II.2.a. Data protection on the use and application of analysis tools

The tracking measures listed below and used by me are carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 f DSGVO. With the tracking measures used, I would like to ensure a needs-based design and the continuous optimization of my website. On the other hand, the tracking measures are used to record the use of my website statistically and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimising my offer for you. These interests are to be regarded as justified in the sense of the above-mentioned regulation.

II.2.b. Data protection regulations on the use and application of social media plug-ins

The data controller has integrated YouTube components into this website. YouTube is an Internet video portal that allows video publishers to post video clips for free and other users to view, rate and comment on them, also free of charge. YouTube allows the publication of all types of videos, which is why complete film and television programmes, but also music videos, trailers or videos created by users themselves can be accessed via the Internet portal.

YouTube is operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube, LLC is a subsidiary of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.

Each time the data subject accesses one of the individual pages of this website, which is operated by the data controller and on which a YouTube component (YouTube video) has been integrated, the Internet browser on the data subject’s information technology system is automatically prompted by the respective YouTube component to download a display of the corresponding YouTube component from YouTube. Further information on YouTube can be found at https://www.youtube.com/yt/about/de/. As part of this technical process, YouTube and Google are informed which specific subpage of our website is visited by the data subject.

If the person concerned is logged in to YouTube at the same time, YouTube recognizes which specific page of our website the person concerned is visiting by calling up a page containing a YouTube video. This information is collected by YouTube and Google and assigned to the respective YouTube account of the person concerned.

YouTube and Google receive information through the YouTube component that the data subject has visited our website whenever the data subject is logged on to YouTube at the same time as he or she visits our website, regardless of whether or not the data subject clicks on a YouTube video. If the data subject does not want this information to be sent to YouTube and Google, he or she can prevent it from being sent by logging out of his or her YouTube account before visiting our website.

The data protection published by YouTube, which is available at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/, provides information about the collection, processing and use of personal data by YouTube and Google..

II.2.e. Data protection regulations on the use and application of newsletter subscription

As website operator I offer you a newsletter, in which you can be informed about current events and offers, if you wish. If you want to subscribe to the newsletter, you have to provide a valid e-mail address.

II.3.  Contact by e-mail

You can also contact me by e-mail (SSL encryption). If you send me an e-mail, the data you provide (e.g. your e-mail address, your name and telephone number, if applicable) will be stored first to answer your questions. If storage is no longer necessary, I will delete the personal data collected. If there is a legal obligation to store data, I will restrict the processing. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.
The legal basis for the data processing for the purpose of contacting you results from Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 DSGVO.

III. Rights of data subjects

With regard to your data protection you have the right,

  • to request information about your personal data processed by me in accordance with Art. 15 DSGVO. In particular, you may request information on the purposes of processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data have been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right of rectification, cancellation, limitation of processing or opposition, the existence of a right of appeal, the origin of your data;
  • pursuant to Art. 17 DSGVO, to demand the deletion of your personal data stored with me, unless the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfil a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend Chen’s legal rights;
  • pursuant to Art. 18 DSGVO, to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data, insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful but you refuse to delete it and we no longer require the data, but you require it for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims or you have lodged an objection to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO;
  • in accordance with Art. 20 DSGVO, to receive your personal data that you have provided me with in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request that it be transferred to another responsible party;
  • pursuant to Art. 7 para. 3 DSGVO to revoke your consent to me at any time. As a result, I may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent for the future and
  • complain to a supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 77 DSGVO. As a rule, you can turn to the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace or to my place of practice.

IV. Data Security

During your visit to our website, we use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) procedure in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. Usually this is a 256 bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we will use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is being transmitted in encrypted form by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.
We also use suitable technical and organisational security measures to protect the data against accidental or deliberate manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or unauthorised access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

V. Right of objection and the possibility of removal

If your personal data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter f DSGVO, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO if there are reasons for doing so arising from your particular situation or if the objection is directed against direct marketing. In the latter case you have a general right of objection, which will be implemented by me without any indication of a special situation.
If you would like to make use of your right of revocation or objection, an e-mail to info@mmpp-saine.org is sufficient. Please note the comments under II.3.
