Accommodation

Accommodation is possible directly at Banz Monastery. The reservation of the rooms, confirmation, changes to the booking, payment etc. are made directly with the hotel. We have pre-reserved a contingent there, which you can access via the following link.
Room bookings are only possible for the seminar period Saturday 29.9.24 to Friday 4.10.24 via the link (see button); other room bookings must be coordinated directly with Kloster Banz by telephone.

Simultaneous translation for all participants
Please note that simultaneous translation is only available for online participation, there is no simultaneous translation on site. If you book the face-to-face course, you will receive all audio and video recordings free of charge after the end of the event. If you wish, you can also receive the afternoons in German translation. This gives you the opportunity to listen to one or two things in German.

Conditions of participation

The contract is binding upon written registration.
Cancellation is possible until July 31st with reimbursement of the participation fee. An administration fee of EUR 50.00 will be charged for this. If the contract is canceled after July 31, the full seminar fee is due.
If a successor is found for the place that would otherwise remain unoccupied - the organizers keep a waiting list of interested parties for this purpose - only a processing fee of € 50 is payable.
The early bird price only applies if the participation fee is also transferred before June 30.
If the event is canceled by the organizers, only the participation fee will be refunded.
Patient data disclosed during the course is subject to confidentiality.
